Rock Solid Productions Inc. (referred to in this policy as “RSP”, “Rock Solid Productions”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) has adopted the following Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and share information from and about you in connection with our products, services, and properties.
Your privacy and security are very important to us at Rock Solid Productions. We are committed to transparency when it comes to our privacy practices and how we protect your information. For example, if you access our websites or Service through a third-party connection or log-in, for example, through Facebook Connect, by “following,” “liking,” adding the Rock Solid Productions' application, linking your account to the Rock Solid Productions' Service, etc., that third party may pass certain information about your use of its service to Rock Solid Productions'.
This information could include, but is not limited to, the user ID associated with your account (for example, your Facebook UID), an access token necessary to access that service, any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us, and any information you have made public in connection with that service. If you allow us access to your friends list, your friends’ user IDs, and your connection to those friends, may be used and stored to make your experience more social, and to allow you to invite your friends to use our Service as well as provide you with updates if and when your friends join Rock Solid Productions. You should always review, and if necessary, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services before linking or connecting them to the Rock Solid Productions' Service. You may also unlink your third party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the third party service.
3. Service Providers:
Rock Solid Productions engages partners, sponsors and third party companies to support and provide services to assist in the distribution of our programs and services. RSP shares data with these Service Providers to help deliver our Services. Service Providers’ access to your Personal Information is very limited to the purpose of providing the services contracted for.
Service Providers are not permitted to disclose information we share to other parties (other than their own service providers as necessary) or use your Personal Information for any other purpose.
4. Legal Obligations:
We respect and comply with legal obligations and may release information (including Personal Information) in cooperation with law enforcement investigators. This can include a valid legal request (court order, government inquiry, audit, copyright Act or other legal rights).

We retain a record of your account information and only use your account information as required by law. We may continue to include your data as part of ongoing data and usage analysis. However will no longer send you marketing or other communications as per your request when closing your account.
At RSP we take children’s privacy seriously. All our services and products are intended to be accessed by adults. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, you should not use or attempt to use our Services or send any information about yourself.
6. Email Communications:
RSP uses your contact information to inform you about our services, products and promotions. Certain communications related to your account or your activity we are required to notify you about and you can not opt out of receiving them.
Other communications may not be required such as promotions or new product/service announcements that may be of interest to you. You can manage your preferences related to receiving emails from us by unsubscribing from any email that you receive as part of our marketing or promotion campaigns, or by contacting us at info@rocksolidproductions.com and notifying us you would not like to be on our email list.
7. Location data:
When you access the Service by or through a mobile device, we may access, collect, monitor and/or remotely store “location data,” which may include GPS coordinates (e.g. latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device. Location data may convey to us information about how you browse and use the Service. Some features of the Service, particularly location-based services, may not function properly if use or availability of location data is impaired or disabled.
8. Analytics information:
We may directly collect analytics data, or use third-party analytics tools and services, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. How long we keep your private profile information:
Following termination of your User account, Rock Solid Productions may retain your private profile information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, any information that you choose to make public on the service may not be removable.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by websites or services linked to or from the Service, including the information or content contained therein. Please remember that when you use a link to go from the Service to another website, our Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites or services. In addition, you agree that we are not responsible and we do not control over any third-parties that you authorize to access your User Content. Compromise of information:
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, Rock Solid Productions will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.
